Chat Support Specialist - Remote / Entry Level / No Phone
We are currently looking for individuals who are great communicators and can converse in a natural and friendly manner. This role involves interacting with customers and providing them with excellent service. We value dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
This is a remote position, meaning that you can work from home as long as you have a reliable internet connectivity. comprehensive training will be provided, and you can expect to earn a competitive salary.

What you will be doing: As a customer support chat specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via incoming email, and/or chat to ensure the successful and continued use of Service Autopilot as the primary business management tool for our customers.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level chat support jobs, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: remote work worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
