Position Overview:

Are you an experienced educator or skilled trainer with a passion for professional development? We?re looking for independent consultants who can bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to our training sessions. In this role, you?ll lead high-impact workshops that help schools unlock the potential of their teachers, enabling them to transform their classrooms and reach new heights in student achievement.

Primary Responsibilities: ? Deliver engaging, impactful professional development workshops for K-12 educators. ? Work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to education. ? Expand your expertise with professional learning opportunities. ? Empower teachers with effective classroom management and instructional strategies. ? Adapt workshop content to meet the unique needs of schools and districts.

Consultant Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Education or related field (Master?s degree is a plus). ? Strong background in K-12 education as a teacher, consultant, or trainer. ? Excellent presentation skills and ability to connect with audiences. ? Passion for advancing teacher effectiveness and student success. ? Ability to work independently as a contractor.
