Position Overview
As a Client Accounts Manager (Sales Executive), you will be an essential member of
the sales department, working remotely to manage client accounts, handle sales
inquiries, craft targeted proposals, and secure purchase orders (POs), primarily from
North American and Western European Market. This part-time position is tailored for
someone with a background in B2B (IT) sales, particularly with international experience,
and superior English language skills. Strong communication is essential, as you will be
interacting with native American clients regularly?if you?re not fully confident in your
fluency, this may not be the right fit.
This role is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with a base salary of INR 6,000?8,000,
a monthly performance bonus with potential between INR 8,000?12,000, and additional
performance-based sales commission ranging from INR 19,000 to 29,500, distributed
quarterly.
- Key Responsibilities1. Adding to Client Vendor Lists/Procurement Portals
- Work with clients to have Tridum Vista 360 added to their approved vendor lists or procurement portals, enhancing visibility.
- 2. Generating Enquiries
- Proactively identify and generate new enquiries, from international markets, to expand Tridum?s reach and client base.
- 3. Client Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for North American and EU clients, promptly and professionally addressing all inquiries.
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs in alignment with Tridum?s specialized 3D visualization services.
- 4. Sales Proposal Development
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals that align with client specifications, budgets, and project goals.
- Write clear, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate Tridum Vista 360?s value, tailored to clients? expectations.
- 5. Securing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Lead negotiations to finalize terms, successfully close deals, and ensure a seamless buying experience for the client.
- Guide clients through each step of the process, proactively addressing any questions or concerns.
- 6. Client Relationship Building
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and secure valuable referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with clients' ongoing and future needs.
- 7. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the 3D visualization and animation sectors.
- Develop strategies to capitalize on new trends and expand Tridum Vista 360?s reach in the American market.
- 8. Sales Strategy and Reporting
- Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
- Work toward and exceed sales goals, supported by a base salary, monthly performance bonuses, and quarterly performance-based incentives.
Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
? Proven experience in B2B (IT) sales, especially with North American or Western
European clients.
? Superior command of English, both written and spoken, with high-level
communication skills for effective client engagement. If you are not fully confident in

? Demonstrated track record in successfully managing client accounts and closing
purchase orders.
? Familiarity with 3D rendering, visualization, or technical animation industries is
advantageous.
? Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
? Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Salary Package:
? Base Salary: INR 6,000 to 8,000 per month
? Monthly Performance Bonus: Potential to earn between INR 8,000 to 12,000 per
month.
? Quarterly Incentive: Additional performance-based incentives ranging from INR
19,000 to 29,500, distributed quarterly
