Hello! We?re FortNine. We help Canadian riders access the knowledge and gear they need so that they can spend less time worrying over logistics, and more time on their wheels.

This is a Full Time position.
The starting salary for this role begins at $18 / hour, and increases to $20.75 / hour once training has been successfully completed. You will also receive a bonus for completing training as soon as you're through!
What you?ll be doing:
? Advising and assisting our customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries and post-order issues, among other general inquiries. (no sales, no retention statistics, just be helpful!)
? Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities! (We don?t believe in micro-managing. We trust our process; if you?re a FortNiner, you know what you?re doing.)
? Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail.
? Learning the roles and parts all of our different departments play at FortNine, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers!
What we?re looking for:
? Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment preferred. If you feel as though you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, go ahead and submit your application! We'd love to meet.
? Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
? Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research.
? No powersports knowledge whatsoever required. We?ll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you will continue to build and share!
? Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We?ll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for FortNine systems and others, that?ll allow you to grow professionally.
? Must be locally based in Montreal, QC and able to commute to our offices when required!

? Assister nos clients en r?olvant les probl?es de traitement des commandes tels que les annulations, les modifications, les demandes d'exp?ition/facturation et les probl?es post-commande (pas de ventes, pas de statistiques de r?ention, soyez simplement utile!)
? Fonctionner avec une autonomie substantielle, prendre des initiatives, et ?aluer ind?endamment les cas au mieux de vos capacit? ! (Nous ne croyons pas ?la micro-gestion. Nous avons confiance en notre processus ; si vous ?es un FortNiner, vous savez ce que vous faites.)
? Naviguer ?travers multiples applications informatiques avec rapidit?et pr?ision avec une attention aux d?ails.
? Apprendre les r?es et les parties que tous nos diff?ents d?artements jouent ?FortNine, et utiliser cette connaissance pour mieux aider nos clients !
Ce que nous recherchons:
? Un minimum d'un an d'exp?ience dans un environnement de commerce ?ectronique ou de service ?la client?e est pr??able.
