The Automotive Technician we are looing for:

? Certified Jaguar OR Land Rover Automotive Technician (JLR)

? High level of integrity while performing extensive diagnostics and repairs

? Deliver exceptional workmanship

? Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and Bureau of Automotive Repair standards

? Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jaguar / Land Rover Automotive Technician (JLR) vehicles and their service needs, as well as all applicable factory recalls and service bulletins

?Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean and treated with respect.

? Collaborate with the parts department to obtain needed parts

? Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.

Automotive Technician Qualifications: ? Jaguar Land Rover Certifications required (JLR) ? A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician working on high-end vehicles, preferably with Jaguar / Land Rover (JLR) ? Proficiency with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic equipment. ? Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. ? Commitment to excellent customer service and high-quality work. - ? Ability to work full time with the flexibility to work an occasional Saturday. ? A proven track record of achieving or surpassing productivity targets (80-100 hours per pay period). ? Valid in-state driver?s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record ? Pre-employment drug test / background check
