Responsibilities
? Provide virtual support for healthcare-related tasks focused on the well-being of our puppies.
? Assist in managing medical records, scheduling veterinary appointments, and tracking vaccination schedules.
? Support veterinarians and healthcare specialists with remote consultations and follow-ups.
? Offer guidance to clients on puppy care, diet, and general health concerns.
? Monitor and review health data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
? Communicate with clients, providing updates on their puppies' health status.
? Maintain confidentiality of all medical and client information.

Qualifications
? Required: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare assistant role, veterinary support, or animal care.
? Knowledge of medical terminology, especially related to animal health.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
? Proficiency in using healthcare software and maintaining digital medical records.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
? Passion for animal welfare and a positive, can-do attitude.
? Preferred: Certification as a Healthcare Assistant or Veterinary Technician.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
