WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BCBA

As a BCBA at 360 Human Services, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviors. You will work closely with clients and their families, providing direct one-on-one therapy sessions and conducting regular progress evaluations.

Collaboration is key, as you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and ongoing support for clients. Within this role, you will also have the opportunity to provide guidance and training to parents, caregivers, and other team members, empowering them to implement behavior management techniques effectively.
