Our community health center, based in Champaign, Illinois, operates additional clinics on Bloomington Road and Neil Street, alongside school-based facilities in Urbana and Rantoul. Key Responsibilities
? Deliver compassionate care to patients requiring health services.
? Collaborate with team members to advance community health initiatives.
? Ensure adherence to health regulations and organizational policies.
? Provide oversight and leadership to clinical staff.
? Engage in travel between clinics as necessary.

Required Skills
? Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications.
? Experience with Electronic Health Records systems (NextGen) is advantageous.
? Strong capability to work with individuals impacted by substance use disorders.
? Preference for candidates with a background in Federal and State grants and financial management.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required.
? At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, ideally within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
? Required experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders.
? COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are mandatory; a willingness to wear a mask on-site during Upper Respiratory Season is necessary for unvaccinated individuals.
? A professional degree and a current, valid, unrestricted LCSW license are required.
? Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
