ECI is seeking a full-cycle remote recruiter responsible for sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and offer acceptance.

This is a contract position for approximately 3 months duration.

Principal Responsibilities
? Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, professional networking, and local media resources
? Build a strong pipeline with high quality candidates.
? Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate attractive job descriptions and efficient interview plans.
? Work closely with other team members to follow an efficient recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers.
? You will be an ambassador for ECI?s culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 5 years of in-house, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
? Previous experience successfully recruiting for sales, professional services, and customer support positions is required.
? Experience using a HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Strong, creative sourcing experience. Successful at identifying and recruiting qualified talent.
? Able to work independently in a remote team environment.
? Organized, paying close attention to detail, and working well in an environment with competing demands.
? US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ECI does not sponsor applicants for work visas at this time).
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
? Understands and abides by local and federal employment requirements and practices.
