Key Responsibilities
? Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing support through phone, email, and chat.
? Assist with account management, troubleshooting, product functionality, and compliance inquiries.
? Handle escalated issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience.
? Deliver advanced support for client registrations and account management.
? Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions to effectively track and resolve issues.
? Respond swiftly and professionally to client inquiries, aiming to surpass expectations.
? Work collaboratively with team members to provide tier-1/2/3 support and enhance client satisfaction.
