As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. You will assist with product inquiries, guide customers through their shopping experience, and ensure satisfaction through accurate information and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: ? Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. ? Assist customers in locating products and offer product recommendations based on their needs. ? Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. ? Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further action. ? Maintain an organized and presentable customer service area. ? Support promotional and seasonal activities to enhance the shopping experience. ? Collaborate with team members to meet store and customer needs. ? Follow store policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to handle multiple customer requests and work in a fast-paced environment. ? Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer service software. ? Capability to lift and move merchandise, up to 25 pounds, if necessary. ? Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements: ? Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
