Who You Are...
A driven and adaptable coach with experience in Sleep Science or text-based coaching methods
An individual who is passionate about helping others, eager to learn and excited about experimenting with different strategies
Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and can achieve a high quality output while maintaining an efficient workflow

Responsabilities
? Manage inbound and outbound messages for assigned members and coverage members (up to 20 hours per week, with additional opportunities as needed)
? Leverage digital sleep science and the coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions while staying within the coaching scope of practice
? Respond to all inbound messages within the established SLAs
? Provide a coaching experience that uses a range of attributes and techniques, including: active listening, tone, empathy, reflection, goal setting, motivational interviewing, personalization, sleep science referencing, and skills based in CBT-I
? Partner with members to work towards healthy lifestyle changes while building self-awareness and improving sleep health behavior for sustainable change
? Provide members with relevant sleep help tools and actionable vetted resources
? Collaborate with the coaching team and other departments to continuously improve our member experience
? Provide Coaching coverage for members of the Coaching Team as needed
? Analyze member data and behavior to provide an effective coaching experience
? Objectively assess our coaching platform/approaches and relay your insights and feedback to the Product and Engagement Teams
Requirements
? Bachelor?s Degree
? Coaching certification
? At least 1 year of text-based coaching experience (NBHWC preferred) or Sleep Science knowledge
? Can manage a caseload of 100+ people
? Experience working in a fast-paced remote environmentSleep Reset Creed:
