The Account Director, OnBrand, will report to the Vice President of Account Management and be pivotal in leading account planning, business development, and managing key digital projects. This role requires outstanding strategic, analytical, and partnership management skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: (130,000.00 to )205,000.00 annually, plus potential bonus equity. Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required, as visa sponsorship will not be pursued for this position.

Skills
? 7 years of experience in account management or a relevant role at a creative agency
? Strong understanding of digital platforms and advertising
? Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns effectively
? Proficiency in analyzing insights from campaign performance reports
? Excellent organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
? Serve as the main point of contact for Marketing, Product, and Enterprise partners
? Develop and sustain key BU-client relationships
? Create a clear view of business pipeline and marketing partner priorities
? Own BU deliverables and ensure creative output aligns with client needs
? Foster collaboration across the agency and manage the account team
? Drive integration of digital solutions across various business units
? Stay updated on digital marketing trends to provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications
? Proven experience in leading account management roles
? Strong vision towards output required to meet client needs
? Proactive management style with excellent prioritization capabilities
? Experience in troubleshooting campaigns based on performance insights
Education Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Education Requirements Credential Category
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in a client account director or relevant management role at a leading agency.
