Data Entry/Implementation Specialist (Entry Level)

Responsibilities
? Onboard client to platform, process plan configurations and renewals with a 98.5% or higher success rate.
? Identify trends and proactively address issues. Ensure clients are taking advantage of best practice solutions.
? Enroll employees via EDI or manually to platform.
? Provide service to employers in processing eligibility updates including new hires, changes and employee terminations.
? Process employer updates including plan and funding as well as participant card and claim escalations.
? Analyze, troubleshoot and resolving client, plan, or customer escalations within a 3-5-day window.
? Identify gaps in existing processes. Work with leadership to make recommendations, build solutions and execute process improvement.
? Gather and document desired output from employer and their representatives. Configure employer and settings selected in required platforms.
? Develop and continuously iterate best practices. Provide suggestions and documentation for collateral and feedback.
? Capture all employer information and input into systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Education/Experience
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience required.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
? 1+ years of experience working with employer groups is preferred.
? 1+ years experience in health insurance or consumer directed products such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc. whether at an agency, TPA, health plan or financial intuition is preferred.
