Responsibilities

Position Overview: (Remote/Virtual Role)

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Media & Marketing to lead our Broadcast and Mid-Funnel media strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, this individual will oversee our broadcast media, including Linear TV, CTV/OTV, Streaming Audio and Podcasts, while also managing key mid-funnel channels like Paid Social, YouTube, and Display in partnership with our agency team. The Director will collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to drive media plans, testing strategies, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in media strategy, audience targeting, and delivering on marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead Broadcast Strategy: Oversee media planning and execution for broadcast channels, including linear TV, CTV/OTV, streaming audio, and podcasts. Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and brand strategy. ? Mid-Funnel Leadership: Collaborate with the agency to develop and execute mid-funnel strategies across Paid Social, YouTube, and Display channels to drive audience engagement and conversions. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to craft effective media plans. Ensure media and creative messaging, audience targeting, and execution aligns with overall business goals. ? Performance Optimization: Implement and manage media testing strategies across all channels, analyzing results and optimizing for performance and efficiency. ? Audience & Messaging Strategy: Partner with the agency to refine audience segmentation and messaging strategies, ensuring the right audiences are targeted with the right content. ? Data & Reporting: Ensure media spend is optimized to meet business goals. Provide regular reports on media performance and key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or a related field. ? 8+ years of experience in media strategy and execution across broadcast and digital channels. ? Proven experience with linear, CTV/OTV, streaming audio, and podcast media. ? Strong background in mid-funnel marketing managing Paid Social, YouTube, and Display campaigns. ? Ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams and external agencies. ? Expertise in performance optimization, media testing, and audience strategy. ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Other/State Specific

This role pays between $165,000 to $180,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
