What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Perform duties related to the Responsible Beverage Service Training Program and Online Licensing Services support system
• Work remotely with access to a local ABC district office for laptop pick-up/drop-off
• Adhere to established procedures under the supervision of a Staff Services Manager
• Provide centralized support for the RBSTP and online licensing services
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines set by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be a college student enrolled in classes at an accredited college or university
• Completion of a pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in PC skills and adaptability to changing priorities

• Bilingual-Spanish speaking preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good attendance record and dependability
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry
