Position Overview

Web Tech Fusion is currently seeking a Part Time UX/UI & Graphic Designer who is passionate about leveraging a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use website design and user experience. This analytical and creative professional will help collect, research, investigate and evaluate user and client requirements to bring their vision to life. This creative professional will create graphics for digital advertising and social campaigns in addition to new website layouts from wireframe to mockup. They will see their designs through the development process to ensure the coded version of the website matches their mockups along with providing web standards and best practices for using their designs both internally and by our clients in the future. The ideal candidate can turn a vision into reality conveying marketing concepts through graphical imagery with a keen eye for building designs that represent a client?s brand.

Our social and digital advertising graphic needs are always evolving so this designer will need to immerse themselves in the brands that we represent to make sure that each unique brand style is being consistently conveyed.

A UX/UI & Graphic Designer who is a team player who enjoys the problem-solving process, has a fine eye for visuals, and a strong creative impulse to bring abstract concepts to life will be an ideal fit.

In This Role, You Will

?Create and implement attractive, customized, intuitive experiences for the digital end-user.

?Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what might work for both

?Identify target user groups; conduct competitive research and interviews to establish the best overall design elements to include in website UX design experiences.

?Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, visual elements (e.g., menus, buttons, icons, etc.), and attractive user interfaces

?Devise elegant solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, site maps, and create final design mockups at different screen resolutions.

?Design and produce graphics and execute graphic concepts for, including but not limited to, social and digital graphics, brochures, presentations, reports, templates, event materials, merchandise, and more

?Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to stakeholders incorporating feedback into your designs.

?Develop and conduct website testing to assess user experience and ease of design; identify improvements for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with the experience

?Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better

Qualifications

?Have a strong creative ability to design modern, human-centered interfaces utilizing industry tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

?Functional understanding of web design techniques so designs can be translated into code efficiently.

?Problem-solving skills, analytical mind to determine solutions to user interface challenges.

?Ability to work both independently and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

?Excellent communication, able to adjust your communication to speak with IT personnel, marketing professionals, and clients in a comprehensive way.

?Able to adapt to feedback from partners and managers, promoting balance and growth

?Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends; stay up to date on UX trends

?Familiar with online project management and storage tools such as Teamwork and Dropbox

?Extremely detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

?Passionate about design techniques and quality graphic usage

?Self-starter capable of executing a project from conception to completion.

?Independently has high output productivity while delivering work efficiently.

Requirements

?A portfolio that showcases these above qualifications

?2+ years of experience UX/UI designer advertising agency or in-house agency

?Physically located in the Eastern time zone

?Ability to work remote during specific time Mon-Fri

?Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Offering

?Range: $25-$33 per hour

?Hourly rate commensurate with experience
