Job Summary:
We are seeking a Remote File Clerk to organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, records, and documents efficiently from a remote location.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
? Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored
? Scan and upload documents into digital databases
? Retrieve and file documents as needed
? Assist with document organization and record-keeping tasks
? Communicate with team members to ensure all filing needs are met
Qualifications and Skills:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven experience as a file clerk or similar role
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Excellent communication skills
? Remote work experience is a plus
