Note: This role will be conducted remotely and off-site.
The Operational and Financial Services Specialist is responsible for processing and servicing a variety of operational and financial transactions and services. This includes tasks such as accounts payable, purchasing, recharge billing, travel/entertainment coordination, data collection, data entry, analysis, review, control, customer... servicing, and reporting. The role involves utilizing professional financial concepts, applying policy knowledge, and organizational processes to resolve routine issues, customer inquiries, and problems with a medium level of complexity. The specialist works on assignments that are typically routine, requiring sound judgment and limited decision-making.
The hourly compensation range for this role is $24.28 - 37.88. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate, position requirements, AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.

? Minimum of 1 year of finance-related experience.
? Bachelor?s degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
