Key Responsibilities
? Client Growth:
? Develop and implement strategies to expand the company?s sales base and improve customer relationships
? Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs
? Analyze client data and market trends to drive business development decisions and optimize growth strategies
? Talent Acquisition:
? Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations
? Manage the recruitingprocess, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
? Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates

Key Qualifications
? Proven experience in both salesgrowth and talent acquisition
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike
? Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment is preferred
? Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
