Remote Call Center Representative (Bilingual)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to member inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service. ? Assist members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage. ? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims, billing, and services. ? Document member interactions accurately in internal systems. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction. Qualifications: ? Experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. ? Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications. ? High school diploma or equivalent required.
