Responsibilities: ? Encourage accountability among colleagues, holding each other to high ethical standards and fostering trust through transparent and ethical behavior. ? Promote a culture of customer satisfaction and appreciation by making customers feel welcome and respected through providing relevant and accurate information about the various products available in the department and throughout the store. ? Become well-acquainted with the merchandise sold throughout the store and efficaciously interact with customers by responding to their product-related inquiries and offering pertinent recommendations. ? Offer assistance in monitoring and regulating the department's supply outlays. ? Help maintain an effective system for managing cash control, sales records, and keeping track of cash items in the store. ? Manage the scheduling of Front-end associates to enable maximum efficiency and uninterrupted service in the department. ? Provide guidance to store management during profit and loss reviews to ensure accurate and comprehensive analysis of financial data. Provide actionable insights that will drive financial success. ? Work closely with store management to develop and execute budgets and labor schedules, contributing to the success of the business. ? Support in creating and implementing action plans that will facilitate the accomplishment of the department's goals. ? Foster an environment of communication and collaboration among front-end associates. ? Approach problems as opportunities for growth and learning and embrace change with enthusiasm. ? Remain informed about present, upcoming, seasonal, and elite advertising. ? Always follow the food safety protocol and guidelines to ensure that the food products are safe for consumption. ? Make sure that the temperature in cases and coolers is regulated as required and maintain temperature records for consistency. ? Uphold safety standards by following safety protocols and promptly report any unsafe conditions to store management. ? Take a proactive approach to equipment maintenance by conducting regular preventive checks and promptly informing the designated department or store manager of any repairs needed. ? As soon as a customer or employee has an accident, let management know immediately. ? It is always advisable to report any safety risks or illegal activities, including theft, fraud, or robbery, to prevent any potential harm. ? Abiding by all local, state and federal laws, and following company guidelines, is paramount for a seamless business operation. ? This role demands the performance of crucial job responsibilities, with or without any accommodations needed.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM
? The Resilience to withstand the pressures of challenging situations
? Effective communication skills
? Possessing basic math proficiency including the ability to count, add and subtract is necessary for carrying out basic tasks
? The customer's experience plays a crucial role in retail and customer service, making it important to prioritize customer satisfaction and retention

DESIRED
? High school diploma is seen as a testament to the dedication and perseverance exhibited by the individual
? Management experience
? Language exchanges can also be effective, as they allow learners to practice speaking with native speakers and receive feedback on their language skills
