Responsibilities
? Manage and organize files, documents, and records remotely
? Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
? Monitor and manage email and phone correspondence in a timely and professional manner
? Assist in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
? Conduct market research and assist in preparing proposals for new projects
? Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and processing expenses
? Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
? Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
? Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
? Stay updated on industry trends and company policies and procedures
? Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the company's daily operations

Qualifications
? Proven experience as a remote administrative assistant or similar role
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without compromising quality
? High level of discretion and confidentiality
? Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
