We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently employed full-time and are looking to take on additional work on the side. The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates to help meet our staffing needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing
? Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates.
? Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Evaluation
? Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
? Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Interview Coordination
? Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
? Provide candidates with relevant information about the role and interview process.
Candidate Management
? Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
? Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback and updates.
Reporting and Documentation
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
? Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications
? Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
? Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
? High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
? Ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred Skills
? Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
? Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
? Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
