Senior Enterprise Software Sales Manager

As a Senior Enterprise Software Sales Manager, you?ll lead sales efforts for financial institutions and sub-segments (banks, brokerage, insurance, RIA, trust companies). Your mission: consistently achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets within the Enterprise segment. Here?s how: ? Insight-Driven Sales: Shift from product-centric to solution-centric sales. Understand and address the unique needs of enterprise clients. ? Engaging Solutions: Present our offerings through interactive, innovative sales experiences. ? Market Expertise: Tailor strategies for diverse sub-segments (e.g., Independent, Bank Wealth, Insurance, RIA). ? Best Practices: Optimize pipeline creation, sales presentations, and deal closures. ? Strategic Thought Leadership: Consult with clients, industry experts, and senior leaders. Shape eMoney?s perspective in the fintech and wealth management industry. ? Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, senior leadership, and relationship managers. ? Mentorship: Share... expertise with team members. Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience ? 10+ years in consultative sales (emphasis on fintech preferred) ? Established relationships with high-level decision makers Skills: ? The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $149,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.
