Requirements

Responsibilities: ? Design visually appealing and engaging email templates that drive customer... engagement and conversions for eCommerce brands ? Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling email marketing campaigns that reflect the brand's identity and key messages ? Create and optimize responsive email designs that are compatible with various devices and email clients ? Incorporate best practices in email design, ensuring a seamless user experience that enhances click-through rates and overall performance ? Stay updated on current trends and technological advancements in email marketing and design ? Review and analyze the performance of email campaigns and make iterative improvements based on data-driven insights

Qualifications: ? Proven experience as an Email Marketing Designer or similar role within the eCommerce sector ? Strong proficiency in email design software and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar ? Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing and campaign analysis ? Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense, capable of creating visually stunning designs ? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams ? Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment ? Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
